We pride ourselves in the knowledge that we have amassed as a species throughout the ages, the medical discoveries, and our understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry. The human body has almost been fully comprehended in all its complexity!! Some would say, or has it?

With all the science and knowledge in the world why can’t we still cure certain diseases, oh a disease is defined as a “deviation from the normal”, whether it’s a deviation from the normal structure of the body or its tissues or a deviation from how it is supposed to function, it is all the same, it’s a disease.

We write exceptional articles describing what the normal is, but alas when the body or some outside force decides to cause the deviation from the normal, we cannot revert the body to normal no matter how hard we try, sometimes the harder we try to cure the body the more we worsen the disease. Well then maybe we didn't really understand the body and how it functions in the first place, we had but a small glimpse into a part of how it functions. This simple fact isn’t to discourage but to humble, we have a lot to learn and there are certain things beyoung our ability to comprehend.
